Jennifer has over 6 years experience both within and outside of KnowledgeAdvisors in improving organizational and individual performance. She has worked with many non-for-profits and government organizations to develop strategies to better measure the results their clients were achieving through the use of software and how to best use that information to improve their organization's programs. A large part of her work includes conducting training and workshops across the United States. Jennifer holds a Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY.
