Peggy has more than 25 years of experience working with Fortune 500 firms whose needs include business operations improvement, management of change and enhanced measurement processes to demonstrate the effectiveness and value of their services. Previously, Peggy worked for Hewlett Packard where she was responsible for the global learning measurement strategy and the implementation of learning evaluation processes, tools, and systems, in particular MTM.  For the MTM implementation, Peggy program managed an enterprise-wide implementation of learning evaluation for all geographic regions and all learning organizations (employees, customer and partner facing).
