The process of getting your organization registered to use MTM is very simple. Please follow the steps below to enroll in MTM.
1. Assign the role of MTM Administrator
The person will be responsible for day-to-day management of MTM within your organization. Having a single point of contact within your organization is the most effective way to manage an automated evaluation program. This person does not need to be a technical person. Their responsibilities may include:
- Entering and maintaining an accurate class schedule in MTM
- Single point of contact for MTM issues
- Management of internal communication, change management to instructors and technical support personnel
2. Enroll in the MTM Learning Evaluation Program

3. Next Steps
Within 48 hours of submitting your enrollment form, you will receive a formal launch kit from KnowledgeAdvisors. You are now ready to begin using MTM. This kit will include the following information.
- Confirmation of registration information, pricing and billing details (if subscriber).
- Setup and configuration details for MTM based on your enrollment form
- for accessing surveys in the classroom
- Login IDs and passwords
- Change management/Communication documents
- Administrator reference documents
- Reporting documents
- Training materials
- Paper evaluations (if the internet is not available in the classroom)
- On-line support documents
