Description of Learning Program: New Horizons of Hawaii is a certified Cisco and Microsoft training center. They train thousands of individuals each year on IT technologies and applications training programs. New Horizons Hawaii was asked by a significant contractor to provide independent evaluation of the quality of its training in the due diligence of partnering with them on a major opportunity. Measurement Approach: New Horizons of Hawaii has a rigorous approach to measure a balanced scorecard of learning metrics such as satisfaction, effectiveness, job impact, linkage to business results and return on investment (ROI).
