Chicago, IL [December 4, 2006] – The announcement that Dr. Jac Fitz-enz will join the KnowledgeAdvisors board of directors in January, 2007 begins a major expansion of talent management and human capital performance measurement offerings from the company. Dr. Fitz-enz nearly 40-years of expertise in human capital performance benchmarking in his various roles, notably as CEO of The Saratoga Institute and currently as CEO of Human Capital Source, are a welcome addition to KnowledgeAdvisors. Dr. Fitz-enz joins Donald J. Kirkpatrick, Ph.D and Jack J. Phillips, Ph.D on the advisory board.
