KnowledgeAdvisors signs exclusive strategic partnership with Jack J. Phillips and Patti P. Phillips, experts in ROI measurement, to enhance its proprietary Metrics that Matter™ learning measurement technology
CHICAGO, IL - November 17, 2002 KnowledgeAdvisors announced the agreement to partner with Jack and Patti Phillips to embed the Phillips ROI Methodology into KnowledgeAdvisors Metrics that Matter™ Learning Evaluation System.
The Phillips ROI Methodology is a comprehensive tool for measuring the return on investment of various projects, particularly as they relate to training and human capital. The ROI Methodology has been widely embraced by organizations as a valid approach to measuring the ROI on training investments.
Metrics that Matter™ is KnowledgeAdvisors proprietary learning evaluation system. This system measures learning investments on a continuous basis for performance improvement. Companies such as Microsoft and New Horizons Learning Centers have embraced it as a valuable business tool.
The partnership will result in a very compelling value proposition. The ROI Methodology is a credible, project-based approach to capturing, analyzing, and reporting metrics surrounding learning investment returns. Once embedded with the Metrics that Matter™ daily monitoring of learning events, customers will be able to efficiently and effectively measure their learning investments in a flexible and comprehensive manner. ”

This phase is expected to be completed by February 2003. Companies can begin using the system today and start collecting data using Phillips authorized data collection tools in December 2002.
