CHICAGO, IL - September 3, 2002 KnowledgeAdvisors today announced that Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTXS), a global leader in virtual workplace software and services, will use its Metrics that Matter™ measurement technology to maintain and enhance the quality of learning provided throughout its network of Citrix Authorized Learning Centers™ (CALCs). CALCs are independent worldwide technical training facilities that provide instruction for the installation and administration of Citrix® products.
Metrics that Matter will help Citrix to objectively measure the performance and effectiveness of Citrix Professional Courseware and instructors within its network of learning providers by providing real-time online reporting of students' assessments. In addition, Citrix will be able to enhance its courseware based on students’ reviews.
