CHICAGO, IL - February 28, 2002 KnowledgeAdvisors today announced the formal deployment of its proprietary Metrics that Matter™ technology to New Horizons Computer Learning Centers, Inc (NASDAQ: NEWH). The technology will allow New Horizons Computer Learning Centers to objectively and consistently measure and manage their company-owned and franchised training centers. Metrics that Matter™ will provide New Horizons with real-time, online reporting of the performance for each of their training centers. The technology will also enable New Horizons Computer Learning Centers to measure client satisfaction, identify new business opportunities, and demonstrate to their clients how New Horizons training has impacted the clients’ employees.
