Jeffrey Berk
Chief Operating Officer
Jeff led the Benchmarking Group at Andersen prior to joining KnowledgeAdvisors and he brings a deep level of expertise in measurement. He is responsible for designing and implementing the suite of products and services for the company.
Jeff holds an MBA from the University of Chicago and is an Adjunct Professor at Loyola University and The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University .
Rick Graves
Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Rick Graves has over 21 years of proven experience helping clients solve complex business problems by leveraging innovative technology solutions that drive and enable business growth and profitability. Rick’s multiple organizational roles include enterprise account management, performance improvement consulting, business development strategy and senior sales management. For the last three years, he has helped build and manage SkillSoft’s Books24x7 direct sales organization, most recently serving as a Regional Sales Vice-President. He has over 12 years of experience in the training and performance improvement industry. Prior to joining SkillSoft, his experience includes sales and sales management roles for companies that include Apple Computer, Silicon Graphics and PepsiCo. Rick earned a Masters in Business Administration degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Sara Chizzo
Senior Director, Enterprise Solutions
Sara is responsible for enterprise sales activities for KnoweldgeAdvisors. Specifically, Sara focuses on some of KnowledgeAdvisors’ most strategic clients and partners on global analytics solutions leveraging the Metrics that Matter® (MTM) platform. Sara is a frequent speaker at industry events on the value of leveraging measurement solutions and strategies for operation excellence, in relationship management and to increase performance. Prior to joining KnowledgeAdvisors, Sara spent 10 years selling enterprise-wide learning solutions to Fortune 500 companies and more recently managed a $10 million sales organization for a professional learning company. Sara has considerable international sales experience and is fluent in Japanese. Sara holds degrees in Japanese and International Business from the University of Minnesota.
Scott Magee
Chief Technology Officer
With more than 15 years delivering custom solutions in the IT industry, Scott brings his insights and experience to KnowledgeAdvisors. He is dually responsible to oversee all facets of information technology and provide critical leadership that helps KnowledgeAdvisors deliver Metrics that Matter® technology to the global marketplace. Previously, Scott was with Concur Technologies and Productivity Point International where he helped lead IT development and professional services offerings. Scott earned a BS in Economics from the University of Minnesota.

Jeb brings over 10 years experience in custom software development, architecture, data warehousing and application development to KnowledgeAdvisors and is responsible for all facets of Metrics that Matter® application architecture, development and infrastructure. Jeb earned a BA from the University of Chicago and is currently studying Chinese.
Jeff Grisenthwaite
Director, Operations
At KnowledgeAdvisors, Jeff oversees service and support to Metrics that Matter® customers, helping clients to optimize usage of the technology and improve the impact of their workforce. Previously, he was with DDC Training Services, where he led the development of eLearning, courseware, and customer training programs. Jeff earned a BA in English from Kalamazoo College.
Beth Gantz
Director, Central Region Sales and Partnerships
Beth brings 10 years of technology sales and account management experience to KnowledgeAdvisors. Her experience has primarily been focused in the Human Capital arena, including her work for such organizations as THINQ Learning Solutions and Skillsoft's Books24x7. Beth has worked with small companies and Fortune 500 organizations to implement technology solutions for her clients. Her experience includes working with all organizational levels, from administrators to senior executives on both service and technology engagements. Beth's responsibilities at KnowledgeAdvisors include building and managing national strategic partnerships and direct sales in the Midwest. Beth attended Purdue University where she earned a degree in Education with an emphasis on technology.

Craig has over 10 years experience in helping clients in EMEA to optimise their learning & development operations and increase the expertise of their people to drive growth. Prior to joining KnowledgeAdvisors, Craig worked for SAP and SkillSoft Books24x7, providing learning solutions for largest and most respected organizations in the world. Craig holds a degree in Accountancy & Finance from the University of Waikato in New Zealand.
