Process
As a pilot participant, your organization will follow the general process below (alternate processes can be discussed when a KnowledgeAdvisors representative contacts you):
- Identify a project that has recently completed.
- KnowledgeAdvisors will contact you within 3 days and ask you to complete a spreadsheet of project team members and sponsors.
- After receiving the required information, KnowledgeAdvisors will set up the Project Assessment tool and add the team members in Metrics that Matter.
- The day after the completion date of the project, team members and sponsors will receive an email with a link to an evaluation to assess: Project Outcomes, Project Processes, and Team Member Competencies.
- One week later, one reminder will be sent to anyone who has not responded.
- One week later, you will receive a Project Summary report and each team member will receive a Competency Assessment report.
Costs
Free for the first project.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
ANY DATA YOU ENTER INTO THE SERVICES DURING YOUR TRIAL WILL BE PERMANENTLY LOST UNLESS YOU PURCHASE A SUBSCRIPTION TO THE SAME SERVICES AS THOSE COVERED BY THE TRIAL, OR PURCHASE UPGRADED SERVICES WITHIN 60-DAYS OF THE END OF YOUR TRIAL PERIOD. THE DATA COLLECTED AS A RESULT OF YOUR TRIAL USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU IN A FORMAT THAT IS DEFINED WITHIN THE TRIAL SERVICE PROGRAM. KNOWLEDGEADVISORS MAY INCLUDE CUSTOMER’S AGGREGATE DATA, WITHOUT ATTRIBUTION TO THE CUSTOMER OR TO THE CUSTOMER’S EMPLOYEES, INTO ITS METRICS THAT MATTER DATABASE FOR THE PURPOSE OF INDUSTRY AND VERTICAL BENCHMARKING. CUSTOMER DATA WILL NOT BE SHARED IN A MANNER THAT COULD BE REASONABLY CONSIDERED HARMFUL, ILLEGAL, OR IN ANY OTHER WAY DAMAGING TO CUSTOMER’S BUSINESS, THEIR EMPLOYEES, CUSTOMERS, OR BUSINESS PARTNERS.
