Talent Development Reporting Principles

Talent Development Reporting Principles (TDRP) is one of the most important initiatives ever launched in the Learning & Development (L&D) industry.
Supported by major HR industry groups like SHRM and ASTD, the world’s five largest accounting firms, dozens of leading corporate universities and a long list of industry experts, TDRP is an industry-wide initiative design to address the link between learning and business results.
TDRP addresses the vital need for enhanced executive-level reporting on talent development, much like GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) provides reporting principles for finance.
