1. Assign the role of MTM Administrator
The person will be responsible for day-to-day management of MTM within your organization. Having a single point of contact within your organization is the most effective way to manage an automated evaluation program. This person does not need to be a technical person. Their responsibilities may include:- Entering and maintaining an accurate class schedule in MTM
- Single point of contact for MTM issues
- Management of internal communication, change management to instructors and technical support personnel

Next Steps
Within 4-5 business days of submitting your enrollment form, you will receive a formal launch kit from KnowledgeAdvisors. You are now ready to begin using MTM. This kit will include the following information.- Confirmation of registration information, pricing and billing details (if subscriber).
- Setup and configuration details for MTM based on your enrollment form
- for accessing surveys in the classroom
- Login IDs and passwords
- Change management/Communication documents
- Administrator reference documents
- Reporting documents
- Training materials
- Paper evaluations (if the internet is not available in the classroom)
- On-line support documents
