- February 21, 2010: KnowledgeAdvisors, the world’s largest provider of learning and talent measurement solutions, today announced it has added SkillSoft’s (NASDAQ:SKIL) SkillPort® Learning Management System to their very successful system interoperability program. In addition, support of GeoLearning’s GeoMaestro 5 Series LMS Suite has been added. The program allows companies with investments in learning management systems, such as SkillSoft’s SkillPort®, GeoLearning’s GeoMaestro® and others, and other enterprise business applications to extend their measurement programs with data gathering automation, analytics reports, benchmarks, and testing.

- December 7, 2009: KnowledgeAdvisors, the world’s largest provider of learning and talent measurement solutions, today announced it has released a new benchmark research report analyzing employee competency rating patterns. The research utilized KnowledgeAdvisors Metrics that Matter® analytics tool and its Talent and Performance Measurement Multi-Rater capability to easily create the rater network, distribute the competency instruments, and report the data.

The Performance Optimization Framework is grounded in Six Sigma and is designed to help organizations improve the effectiveness of their talent development process.
