Description: An introduction to administration in Metrics that Matter. No familiarity with MTM is required to attend this class. This session establishes a foundation of knowledge regarding navigation, terminology, and accessing help. At the conclusion of this class, learners will be able to add and edit users, courses, instructors, locations, and classes in Metrics that Matter, as well as managing the distribution of surveys and entering paper evaluations.

MTM Report Training – Basic

Description: An introduction to reporting in Metrics that Matter. No familiarity with MTM is required to attend this class. This class establishes a foundation of knowledge regarding navigation, terminology, and accessing help. At the conclusion of this class, learners will be able to generate reports for single classes, generate reports for all classes in a date range, apply filters, and automate reports.

MTM Report Training – Advanced

Description: The Metrics that Matter Report Training – Basic session is a prerequisite to this class. Through instruction, examples, and hands-on exercises, this session covers the more advanced reports in MTM, including those that focus on benchmarks, goals, trends, and ROI. Recommended for any MTM users that need to go beyond looking at individual classes and analyze broader trends in the evaluation data.

MTM ActiveAuthoring Training

Description: Comprehensive training for authoring evaluations, assessments, and surveys in MTM. At the conclusion of this session, you will be able to create new instruments from scratch or utilize templates, add and edit questions, and configure the student experience. This training is intended for MTM Administrators. Note that Tests are covered in a separate session.

Learning and Development Performance Management in MTM

Description: Using examples from different stakeholder groups, you will be walked through how MTM can be used to help monitor performance and measure against goals. We will walk you through the performance management process of goal setting, measurement, gap analysis, and decision making – demonstrating how MTM can make it more efficient for you. This webinar is ideal for those Learning and Development professionals charged with the task of managing performance either within a group or at an organizational level. Access to MTM and basic knowledge of MTM Reporting is required.
