Job Overview

The KnowledgeAdvisors Consulting team assists organizations with evaluating the effectiveness, efficiency, and outcomes of both Learning and Human Capital Investments. Specifically, this team measures the impact of programs within an organization intended to increase performance and decrease turnover (Training programs, Engagement initiatives, Onboarding programs, etc.). Pockets of excellence are identified, and areas for improvement are targeted for resource reallocation to ensure an organization is maximizing their investment and obtaining the proper Return on Investment/Expectation. In addition, this group assists clients all over the world in the design and implementation of both Human Capital and Learning & Development measurement strategies to ensure that culture within an organization is prepared to support measurement in a sustainable way. By combining measurement expertise, on-demand evaluation software, and integrated analytics solutions, with benchmarking, organizations gain the necessary insight on how to best develop their workforce and maximize their investments.

The role of a Senior Measurement Consultant is to lead and support project teams in the development and delivery of learning and human capital consulting solutions. This position will also work closely with the Sales team to develop new consulting business with current clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead large, complex projects in the areas of human capital including measurement diagnostics, measuring the impact of L&D, data analysis, benchmarking, employee surveys and multi-rater assessments
  • Lead, design and teach custom workshops and webinars on learning and human capital analytics
  • Utilize KnowledgeAdvisors core technology, Metrics that Matter, for data collection and analysis on projects
  • Develop and manage client relationships, project plans, and resources
  • Conduct presentations
  • Scope new consulting business, develop and deliver proposals to clients
  • Collaborate with other teams within KnowledgeAdvisors to complete a project
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%

Key Skills, Experience & Education Needed for Success:

  • Knowledge and background in human capital processes including learning and development
  • Time and task management skills
  • Project management capabilities including creating and managing to project plans as well as managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Proposal and sales development experience
  • Strong customer facing skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills v
  • Experience with human capital analytics technology solutions
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a team environment and individually
  • Analyze, visualize, and present data in a way that helps clients make decisions
  • Experience with Excel, Access, and PowerPoint is desired

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas is desired: Business, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or related area of study
  • Minimum of 3- 5 years of human capital consulting work experience
  • Human Capital analytics knowledge and experience is desired
  • Strong measurement background is essential
