Project Specialist

Job Overview

The Project Specialist role works within the Services Team to help implement and support technology solutions (Metrics that Matter) for a portfolio of corporate and government clients. This position will provide a large opportunity to grow and learn for the right person. The Project Specialist role is located in our Chicago, IL office and reports directly to the Director, Client Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing technology solutions for enterprise clients by configuring accounts, surveys, reports, etc.
  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients by researching inquiries and issues
  • Lead product training sessions to educate clients on technology functions
  • Consult with clients to provide recommendations for learning measurement, evaluation and reporting
  • Prepare and audit custom reports using Microsoft Excel, Access or PowerPoint

Key Skills, Experience & Education Needed for Success:

  • Approximately 2-5 years of professional work experience
  • Experience working with Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint
  • Time and task management skills
