What’s the Deal?
It’s easy. KnowledgeAdvisors, a talent development reporting and analytic systems company, will partner with you to administer a 360 assessment for up to 25 individuals in your organization! Upon completion of the project, each person assessed will receive a personalized report of his or her results and the organization will receive a cumulative report of all results. So what makes KnowledgeAdvisors 360 reports so special?
It’s easy, it’s email-based and it has tangible and meaningful reports. After all the assessments are collected, each employee will each receive an individualized feedback report. This report will highlight blind spots, hidden strengths, divergent opinions, top & bottom (strengths to opportunities) and qualitative feedback for specific examples to maximize individual development. It is visual and concise but full of rich information for great performance conversations.
It’s Easy, Right?
Yes, it is really easy. We promise. We will ask you to identify up to 25 employees to participate in the 360 multi-rater competency assessment. These employees will identify peers, managers, and/or direct reports to rate their competencies. After all the assessments are collected, the employees will receive reports. That’s it. Straight-forward, no hassles.

We possess a standard library of competencies and behaviors that will be available for your use. For this free program, KnowledgeAdvisors will provide a recommended competency model based upon the role of the individual in the organization.
