Vast Competency Library Added with AS&K Partnership
KnowledgeAdvisors Partners with Applied Skills & Knowledge to Automate Vast Competency Library
Chicago, IL [June 20, 2007] – KnowledgeAdvisors announced today that it has entered an agreement with Applied Skills & Knowledge (AS&K) to merge a comprehensive competency assessment library into Metrics that Matter® analytics technology in order to automate administration and reporting of more than 300 individual assessments.
The assessments to be entered into the technology range from a myriad of key business functions to more generic leadership competencies. They will be entered into Metrics that Matter during the remainder of 2007 and will be made available to current subscribers of the technology. Additionally, AS&K analysts will streamline their administrative and data reporting activities by utilizing Metrics that Matter for their own processes.
