Robert O. Brinkerhoff, Pioneer of the Success Case Evaluation Method®, Joins KnowledgeAdvisors Advisory Board
Chicago, IL [January 8, 2008] – KnowledgeAdvisors announced today that Robert O. Brinkerhoff, Ed.D. has joined the company’s advisory board and will collaborate with its staff to integrate the Success Case Evaluation Method® into Metrics that Matter® analytics technology.
The Success Case Evaluation Method (SCM) is an innovative evaluation of learning interventions that relies on qualitative feedback to help understand an organization’s training effectiveness. The SCM approach takes the top and bottom adopters (those who use the new knowledge/techniques vs. those who do not) of a particular intervention and compares differences in the two extremes. SCM also allows for deeper qualitative insights on barriers to usage of particular training interventions. KnowledgeAdvisors is already working with many clients to adopt the methodology utilizing Metrics that Matter to collect, store and process evaluation data.
