To say that one is talented indicates that one has an aptitude or gift enabling them to perform in an exceptional manner, relative to the rest of us. It is the job of the learning organization to mold individuals to maximize their potential, to help employees find their true talents and leverage them on the job, and to arm the workforce with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform in an exceptional manner. If the learning organization is able to accomplish this feat, they have increased the value of human capital. Continued
