KnowledgeAdvisors was founded in 1999 by Kent Barnett. Like many with his extensive experience in the training industry, Kent was frustrated by a lack of solutions available to measure and express the real impact training had on organizational performance.

So Kent gathered together a group of business and learning measurement experts (who later became our Advisory Board) to figure out how to measure and express the impact learning has on an organization. And our unique measurement solution, Metrics that Matter^®, was born.

Metrics that Matter is an Internet software application (SaaS – Software as a Service) that can be used stand-alone or integrated with your learning management system and other HR and financial systems. Metrics that Matter helps you gather information about the impact of your training and other Human Capital Management processes.

And it doesn’t stop there – Metrics that Matter provides the most comprehensive analytic solutions available, including dashboards and reports to help you clearly and concisely see the full impact of your training and other talent management programs. We call this information “Human Capital Analytics.”
